Physical Theme 体能主题


Strength | 力量


This two weeks, the physical theme is strength,focus on bouncing and jumping.It will challenge children's lower body strength.


本周的体能主题为力量。小朋友会练习弹跳和跳跃。这有利于加强小朋友的下肢力量。

Gym Babies/Toddlers

(6-18个月)

Hanging Game


First please relax your baby’s arms by holding his hands and gently shake his arms. Then put your thumb in your baby’s palm and hold their wrist tightly. Then you can stand up and turn around. So, your baby can fly around you. This bonding game is great for parent-child bonding and baby’s upper body strength.


家长首先让小朋友放松他们的手臂,然后将拇指放到小朋友手掌中,其他手指握紧其手腕。然后您呈站立姿势转一圈让小朋友飞行。这个游戏有助于加强小朋友的上肢力量及增进亲子关系。.  


Gym Tots

(18-24个月)

Handstand


Parents, place your child in front of you facing to you. Guide his hands and head down to the floor. Hold your child at the hips, and lift him upside down. Tell your child to keep his hands on the ground. Make sure his arms are straight. After 3-5 seconds, bring his legs back down.


家长让小朋友面对您坐或站立。引导小朋友双手支撑于地面并低头,家长双手握住其髋部,将小朋友的腿抬起呈倒立姿势。整个过程鼓励小朋友双臂伸直,保持3-5秒,家长再将其双腿放回地面。这个技巧有助于加强小朋友的空间意识并促进血液循环。


Gym Kids

(2-3岁)

Seal Creep


Parents, engage your child to lie down on his tummy on the ground. Let him push the chest up by his arms. Thenuse his hands to propel himself forward. Please pay attention that only the hands can be used to propel and the legs should stretch all the time.


家长让小朋友趴在地毯上,用胳膊和手撑起上半身,用手掌推动自己向前爬,整个动作如同海豹爬行的样子。注意提醒小朋友双脚保持不动只用双手推动自己向前移动。这个游戏可以加强小朋友的上臂力量和核心肌肉群。
