Physical Theme 体能主题


Rolling | 翻滚


This two weeks, the physical theme is rolling,focus on log roll.It will challenge children's core muscle strength and good for vestibular system development.

本周的体能主题为翻滚。小朋友会练习侧滚翻。这有利于加强小朋友的核心力量及内耳前庭的发展。

Gym Babies/Toddlers

Parents Log roll


Parents please lie down and cradle your child securely in your arms against your chest,facing you. Slowly roll over like a log.Always use your elbows to wupport your weight.


家长躺下环抱住小朋友,小朋友面部贴近您的胸部。然后家长慢慢向一侧翻滚,小朋友后背接触地点时注意用肘关节支撑您的身体,不要压倒小朋友。这个游戏有助于加强小朋友的前庭系统的发展及跟您的亲子关系。

Log Roll


Parents please let your child lie down on his back with his feet towards you. Tuck his arms at his sides.Roll him over onto his tummy. Make sure his arm is tucked under as he rolls, and use your other  hand to help protect his fase form the carpet.


家长让小朋友双脚朝向您躺。小朋友双臂紧贴身体两侧。家长帮助其做直体翻滚。翻滚的同时一定让小朋友双臂紧贴身体,并且保护小朋友的面部不会压于地面。这个技巧游戏有利于加强小朋友的核心力量以及前庭系统的发展。

Upside Down with Rolling


Parents please let your kid lie down on his back with his feet towadrs you.Hold his ankle and lift him up to upside down motion.You can swing him gently if you have enough strength.Then roll him backward.


家长让小朋友双脚朝向您躺下。紧握小朋友的脚踝将小朋友倒提起来,直至完成倒立的状态。如果家长有足够的力气,可以轻微左右摆动小朋友。然后顺势帮助小朋友完成向后翻滚的动作。注意提醒小朋友,翻转的时候她们可以用手先支撑地面。这个技巧游戏利于加强小朋友的血液循环。
