Physical Theme 体能主题


Rolling | 翻滚


This two weeks, the physical theme is rolling. We will focus on forward roll, which is good for children‘s agility and vestibular system.

本周的体能主题为翻滚。着重完成前滚翻,这有助于加强小朋友的灵活性和前庭系统的发展。

Upside down game


Parents, please stretch your legs, lie your baby’s back on your leg with his head toward your feet. Hold your baby’s upper thigh.Then bend your knees to help your baby  do the upside down motion.Please give no pressure on your baby’s neck. This is good for a baby’s blood circulation.  


家长伸直双腿,让小朋友头朝脚躺于双腿上。抓紧小朋友的大腿,慢慢屈膝来完成小朋友的腿上倒立动作。该亲子游戏有助于加强小朋友与您的亲子关系以及促进血液循环。


Gym Tots/Toddlers/Kids


(18-36个月)


Forward roll


Parents stand your child by your stronger arm side. Then scoop your little one with your stronger arm. The other hand tucks your child’s head. And gently give a little push, so they can roll over. Parents, please make sure no pressure on children’s neck. This skill is good for children’s spatial awareness and vestibular  system.


家长让孩子站在惯用手的一侧,用惯用手环抱住小朋友,并要求小朋友低头将手放于地面,您的另一只手帮助孩子低头;轻轻向前推动,即完成前滚翻动作。注意保护小朋友的脖颈。前滚翻有助于小朋友的灵活性以及前庭系统的发展。
