This two weeks, the physical theme will focus on Balance. It will challenge children’s dynamic balance when they are experience the rocking motion.
本周的体能主题为平衡。小朋友会在各种软包搭建中体验左右摇摆的感受。这个过程可以加强小朋友的动态平衡能力。

Gym Babies/Toddlers(6-18个月)
Rock with a backward Roll
Parents please stretch your legs and let your little one straddle their legs and sit on your laps. Hold your little one’s torso and rock from side to side. Then help little one to lie down. Hold their hips, lift them a little bit to roll them over. When do the backward roll, please always protect your little one’s neck.
家长伸直双腿,让小朋友跨坐在您的大腿上,握紧小朋友的腋下,左右摇摆。在最后让小朋友躺在您的大腿上,握紧他们的大腿根部,轻轻将小朋友往前拉,再帮助他们完成后滚翻。注意做后滚翻的时候要保护好小朋友的颈部。
Gym Tots(18-24个月)
Flying with a Flip
Parents, please bend your knees, let your children lie on your shins on their tummy. Hold their hands and gently rock back. Then kick your legs up and down to give the children the feeling of flying. Finally, hold your children's hips with your thumb pointing up. Kick your legs up and help your children to flip forward. But, parents please always flip your children slowly and gently.
家长屈膝,让小朋友趴在腿上,握紧小朋友的双手或腋下,慢慢向后仰到。之后家长上下摆动双腿让小朋友体验上下的飞翔感。最后,大拇指朝上握紧小朋友的胯部,踢腿帮助小朋友完成前空翻。注意做的时候慢一点。
Gym Kids(2-3个月)
Rock and Jump
Engage children to jump like a coo coo clock . First, let's stand up and apart our legs. Open our arms rocking from side to side just like the clock. When the clock says one o'clock, we should jump one time. If it's two c'clock, let's jump two times.
小朋友站起来向两侧伸直胳膊,跟随童谣像钟摆一样左右摇摆,当时钟说几点,小朋友便向上跳几次。这个活动有利于加强小朋友的想象能力以及身体控制、下肢力量。
