Rolling丨翻滚
This two weeks, the physical theme is rolling. We will focus on forward roll, which is good for children‘s agility and vestibular system.
本周的体能主题为翻滚。着重完成前滚翻,这有助于加强小朋友的灵活性和前庭系统的发展。

Gym Babies
(6-12个月)
Upside down game---Parents, please stretch your legs, lie your baby’s back on your leg with his head toward your feet. Hold your baby’s upper thigh. Then bend your knees to help your baby do the upside down motion. Please give no pressure on your
baby’s neck. This is good for a baby’s blood circulation. 家长伸直双腿,让小朋友头朝脚躺于双腿上。抓紧小朋友的大腿,慢慢屈膝来完成小朋友的腿上
倒立动作。该亲子游戏有助于加强小朋友与您的亲子关系以及促进血液循环。
Gym Toddlers /Tots
(12-24个月)
Forward roll ---Parents stand your child by your stronger arm side. Then scoop your little one with your stronger arm. The other hand tucks your child’s head. And gently give a little push, so they can roll over. Parents, please make sure no pressure on children’s neck. This skill is good for children’s spatial awareness and vestibular system. 家长让孩子站在惯用手的一侧,用惯用手环抱住小朋友,
并要求小朋友低头将手放于地面,您的另一只手帮助孩子低头;轻轻向前推动,即完成前滚翻动作。注意保护小朋友的脖颈。前滚翻有助于小朋友的灵活性以及前庭系统的发展。
Gym Kids
(2-3岁)

Cobra stretch---Lie on children’s tummy on the ground. Let them put hands on the ground beside their chest. Then push themselves and lift torso up as high as they can. Parents please help your child by pushing his chest up if he needs you. This skill is great for kids’ flexibility and muscle stretching.让小朋友趴在地毯上,小手放在身体两侧,胳膊用力撑起,确保上半身向上拉伸。家长也可以推一推孩子的前胸,帮助他们做更好的拉伸。

感恩节的习俗:吃火鸡
感恩节的食品极富传统色彩。每逢感恩节,美国和加拿大人必有肥嫩的火鸡可吃。火鸡是感恩节的传统主菜。欧洲移民到美洲后,觉得火鸡的外观与土耳其“身黑头红”的服装特色很相像,于是叫它们为“Turkey”(土耳其)。1947年杜鲁门总统当政时期增加了一项总统放生火鸡的仪式。实际上这个传统仪式可以追溯到林肯总统当政时期
