This two weeks, the physical theme is rolling. We will focus on forward roll, which is good for children‘s agility and vestibular system.

Gym Babies(6-12个月)

Upside down game--Parents.please stretch your legs,lie your baby's back on youe leg with his head toward your feet.Hold your baby's upper thigh. Then bend your knees to help your baby do the upside down motion. Please give no pressure on your baby's neck. This is good for a baby's blood circulation.

家长伸直双腿让小朋友头朝脚躺于双腿上。抓紧小朋友的大腿，慢慢屈膝来完成小朋友的腿上倒立动作。该亲子游戏有助于加强小朋友与您的亲子关系以及促进血液循环。

Gym Toddlers/tots/kids(12--36个月)

Forwardroll--parents stand your child by your stronger arm side. Then scoop your little one with your stronger arm. The other hand tucks your child's head. And gently give a little push, so they can roll over. Parents,please make sure no pressure on children's neck.This skill is good for children's spatial awarenss and vestibular system.

家长让孩子站在惯用手的一侧，用惯用手环抱住小朋友，并要求 小朋友低头将手放于地面，您的另一只手帮助孩子低头；轻轻向前推动，即完成前滚翻动作。注意保护小朋友的脖颈。前滚翻有助于小额朋友的灵活性以及前庭系统的发展

音乐课课程预告：法国--France

法兰西共和国（法语：République française，英语：French Republic），简称“法国”（France），是一个本土位于西欧的半总统共和制国家，海外领土包括南美洲和南太平洋的一些地区。

法国音乐的渊源可以追溯到最早居住在法国本土上的克尔特、高卢等部族的民间音乐。公元前58～前51年，罗马人征服了高卢人，形成高卢－罗马文化。纪元后最初几百年，法兰克人占领高卢，哥特人侵入法国西南部，勃艮第人侵入东南部，都带来各自的文化。上述这些部族的音乐，成为法国音乐文化发展的基础。

艺术课课程预告：动物园--Zoo

动物园（zoological garden）是搜集饲养各种动物，进行科学研究和迁地保护，供公众观赏并进行科学普及和宣传保护教育的场所。动物园有两个基本特点：一是饲养管理着野生动物（非家禽、家畜、宠物等家养动物），二是向公众开放。狭义上的动物园指城市动物园和野生动物园。动物园的基本功能是对野生动物的综合保护和对公众的保护教育。

Objectives 目标：

Main art materials 主要艺术材料：

厨艺课课程预告：蛋挞--egg tart

蛋挞（Egg Tart），是一种以蛋浆做成馅料的西式馅饼；台湾称为蛋塔，“挞”是英文“tart”的音译，意指馅料外露的馅饼（相对表面被饼皮覆盖，馅料密封的批派馅饼）（pie）；蛋挞即以蛋浆为馅料的"tart”。

所需材料：

Egg 鸡蛋、Milk 牛奶、Sugar 糖、Egg tarts skin 蛋挞皮
