This two weeks, the physical theme will focus on strength. It will challenge children’s upper body strength when they are doing the hanging motions.

Gym Babies


(6-18个月)Baby Sit up


Parents lie down your baby on his back in front of you. Hold your baby’s hands. Then gently pull your baby to help them sit up.


家长让宝宝躺在您面前,双手握住宝宝手腕,轻轻的帮助其坐立起来。这个亲子游戏有助于加强小朋友的腹部力量;增进亲子关系。


Gym Tots/Toddlers


(18-24个月)Wheel Barrel


Parents, please let your child stand in front of you.Let children put their hands on the ground. Then hold your child’s legs Engage them to walk on their arms. If they can support themselves very well, you can try to hold your child’s ankles to give more challenge.


家长让小朋友背朝您站在面前。鼓励小朋友将双手撑在地垫上,此时,您抓紧小朋友的双腿,鼓励他们用手向前移动。如果小朋友的力量较好,您可以紧握他们的脚踝给予较少的辅助。这个技巧游戏有助于加强小朋友的上肢力量。


Gym Kids


(2-3岁)Bear Walk


First, children will apart their legs and put hands on the ground. Then walk with their hands and feet together. Remember, it should be feet instead of the knees。


首先让小朋友打开双腿站立,再将双手放在地面。鼓励小朋友手脚并用像小熊一样向前移动,注意提醒小朋友脚踩地面,而不是膝盖跪地。这个家庭小游戏有助于加强小朋友的协调能力以及身体力量。
